Really nice stay for 4 nights at Grand service apartment, separate bedroom and large bathroom. Bonus points for a fully equipped kitchen.

The staff at the Grand Service Apartment @ Times Square was so friendly and helpful, they assisted us with everything. The room was a fantastic value for the money, well-kept, and had great amenities like a flatscreen TV and mini fridge. We really enjoyed the stunning views of the KLC skyline.

Location is good and amazing, a quick walk to a shopping mall. Staff are extremely hospitable, know what the customer wants.

Its location was indeed strategic, close to everything. We were just next door to Easy to find food, a monorail and excellent transport links and the shopping mall with multiple cafes and restaurants

The location was dope, right in the heart of Times Square. We were just a short walk away from the coolest shopping centers and street food spots. We even hit up the nearby children's playground for some hilarious swings and slides. The staff was chill and always had our backs. Highly recommend for a sick time with your squad!

The only thing missing was a sick party scene. We wished there was a banging club or bar in the apartment where we could turn up with our crew.

The best location near major shopping centers, loved it. We were blown away by the very good service and free wake up service and ironing.

The breakfast buffet at the hotel was simply amazing! It had such a wide variety of dishes, I felt like I was at a food festival. The fresh fruit and pastries were like a burst of flavor, and the omelette station had me coming back for seconds. I definitely left the dining area with a full and satisfied stomach!

We had a really really nice stay for my future visit thanks to very good service. The apartment was so close to nearby outlet, the shopping mall with multiple cafes and the shopping centre, amazing location overall...

It was located in a central area very close to mall and the shopping centre and food court, Had a nice coffee at Pat Kin Pat San Cafe, located 5 minutes walk away. Rooms of this apartment were brand-new, there is a microwave oven, a refrigerator and a dining area provided.

We had a blast exploring the Berjaya Times Square mall right from our apartment. We were able to shop, eat, and have a ton of fun at the indoor theme park all in one place. Plus, being able to easily access great attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park made our trip even more exciting!

If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more party-friendly activities. While we loved the convenience of the mall and the nearby attractions, it would have been great to have some nightlife options catered specifically to young partygoers.

Moreover, it has central location really close to the larger malls as well as restaurants and places of interest. Staffs are attentive.

Pls, do something with stain.

All the features were fine: good service and prime location. Early check-in was appreciated. Liked the way helpful and attentive staff received us.

Always stay at my favorite place in KL. Staff helped me find best exchange rates. Has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. Coming back for my next trip. No regrets.
